If it wasn't for the grace of God, I wouldn't be the man I am today. I am humbled and grateful for the opportunity I have to serve with RTimeCo. Knowing that change is possible and having seen so many others like myself who were formally incarcerated experience real success, I cannot help but commit myself to doing the work. In this life, I see myself as a sojourner just passing through, so I don't hold onto what I have and pocess to find fulfillment but rather what I can give to help others succeed. “I got where I’m at today because of positive peer mentorship and support from incarcerated people on the inside and ex-lifers on the outside. RTime allows me to pay it forward by providing mentorship to incarcerated people and continuing that support when they come home. Through my own experience of reentry, I’ve learned that there is no greater resource for a person returning to the free community than someone who has already traveled down that path.”
